With the absence of judge Bruno Tonioli, host didn't waste any time in making a dig as his temporary replacement made his debut.

Social media influencer and boxer KSI has landed the role as a guest judge on the popular talent show, during Bruno's absence. Taking to the stage at the Winter Gardens in Blackpool, appeared confident and received a round of applause from the audience.

And it was at this point, Ant, who was also taken aback with the boxer's stage presence, said: "Everyone’s thinking, ‘Bruno who?’. I’m joking!" KSI joined the panel along with , Amanda Holden and . Bruno is filming Dancing With The Stars but will be back on BGT later this week.

KSI's first day went seemingly without a hitch as he posed for a selfie with the audience and used a filter to put a pair of orange glasses over his eyes, similar to that of Simon. Taking to social media, the boxer said: "The audience in Blackpool are absolutely amazing and I’m really glad I’m part of the band."

He then decided to make even more of a name for himself as a judge when he jumped on stage to become involved in a gymnastic performance, which appeared to get the better of him, despite his fitness. KSI was surrounded by his entourage which included a huge bodyguard who followed his every move.

The YouTube star, who boasts 80million followers across social media platforms including Facebook and TikTok, managed to press the golden buzzer on his first day as a judge. The audition is expected to be aired next year but it was reportedly performed by a woman named Stacey, who cooks chickens in a supermarket.

KSI's golden buzzer moment was later followed by Simon and Amanda. Amanda made headlines after she let the cat out of the bag. It has now been confirmed that some scenes are re-created to generate more hype and dramatics.

The mum of two confirmed that the judges pressed the golden buzzer three times, despite believing at first it was "too premature." Those who receive the coveted buzzer head straight through to the semi-final. After pressing the buzzer, Amanda took to the show's official Instagram and fans overheard an announcement saying that a contestant was going to re-do their audition.

She is overheard saying: "Oh my gosh, I have just pressed my Golden Buzzer." In the video clip, she added: "It's for something that you will not expect me to press it for!" However, in the background, an ITV employee is heard saying: "We're going to bring back Oliver back to the stage and we're going to re-create that moment once again, just to get another..." The audio was then cut off.

This prompted one fan to post: "It actually never used to be normal. Only a few years ago they started doing unnecessary pick-ups at auditions, they used to be more authentic. Firstly it's not that deep but secondly it's just hilarious they tell the audience *not* to film only to let this slip online themselves."

Another fan penned: "TV has been fake since forever lol - TV is there to entertain and sometimes reality is boring and needs a boost." Meanwhile a third person added: "I attended an audition back in 2011 and I haven’t been able to watch it since. Fake doesn’t even cut it. The entire show is scripted."
