The 2024/25 campaign proved to be a special one for Oliver Glasner’s side. But it could get even better for the Eagles this time around.
No Palace fan will forget that momentous day at Wembley in May when they upset the odds to beat Manchester City and win the FA Cup. And because of that stunning victory over Pep Guardiola’s side, European football will be coming to Selhurst Park. It will be a whole new continental adventure for Palace, and they will be eager to give it a good go. It will be quite the occasion when the Eagles compete in Europe under the lights - and whether it is in the Conference League or the Europa League, Glasner and his sides will be out to win it.
It has been a quiet summer transfer window for Palace so far, with the only major addition being the arrival of left-back Borna Sosa from Ajax and keeper Walter Benitez from PSV Eindhoven. But the fact Palace have been quiet during the close season is good news for fans, as it means so far none of their key players have been lured away by Premier League rivals.
