Escape To The Country's Jules Hudson expressed his apprehensions early in Monday's (14 October) show.
The 54-year-old host was on a mission to scout the perfect spot for Jo and Nick in the serene North Wales countryside, as the pair planned to move from their current home in Reading, Berkshire.
Jo and Nick were in search of a secluded life to conduct yoga sessions and sound baths, with North Wales being their chosen tranquil haven.
They disclosed a budget of £600,000 for their dream detached house, which needed to have two to four bedrooms, at least one acre of land, picturesque rural views, and the potential for a holiday let or studio space.
Kicking off the episode, Jules remarked: "Well, today's couple loves outdoor sports and nature so no surprise they want to come here to North Wales regarded by many as the adventure capital of Europe. As for the nature and the views, I think they speak for themselves!", reports .
But he soon voiced his concerns, adding: "One thing that concerns me is that they have been looking for a property for a very long time, so what are we going to do that they haven't already done?"
By the end of the episode, it emerged that Jo and Nick were holding off on making offers in North Wales until they had secured a deal on their own property.
It comes as one Escape To The Country couple were left disappointed after they spotted a "big issue" with their dream home.

The property also boasted half an acre of garden and planning permission for a double garage with a studio above. It was listed under their budget at £700,000, but the couple swiftly noticed its proximity to a bustling road, which was a deal-breaker for them.
Despite their affection for the property, the couple chose not to make an offer on it or any other houses they viewed during their stint on the show, meaning their hunt for their dream home is still ongoing.
