Beta testing:
The feature is currently in development and has been spotted in the beta version of WhatsApp for Android (version 2.24.19.32). However, it is not yet available to beta testers.
Celebrity voices: The voice options will include accents from both the U.S. and the U.K., as well as the voices of four public figures.
Rollout timeline: The new voice mode feature is still being developed, so it may take a few weeks to be available to all users.
