HYDERABAD: The Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIU) is inviting applications to the PhD winter session. The last date for submitting the applications is November 30.
Candidates need to appear for a PhD Entrance Test (PET) on December 22. Candidates who have cleared national-level exams equivalent to PET are exempt from appearing for PET. Research fellowships are also available for full-time researchers.

Eligibility criteria
Admission shall be based on PhD entrance test (PET) and interview.
UGC-NET/UGC-CSIR NET /GATE/CEED and other similar national level tests qualified candidates shall be exempted from the entrance test conducted by the University for admission to the PhD programme.
Admission shall also be done on the basis of NET Score in accordance with the UGC.
The final vacant PhD slots available for admission in the Winter session for academic session 2024-25
will be notified on the University website prior to the conduct of the PhD entrance test.
