The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has opened the online application window for the Non-Technical Popular Categories (Under Graduate) recruitment under CEN 07/2025. Eligible candidates can apply for 3,050 posts through the official portal rrbapply.gov.in from October 28 to November 27, 2025.

The notification was first published in the Employment Newspaper in early October. This recruitment aims to fill various under-graduate level non-technical positions across railway zones under pay levels 2 and 3 of the 7th Central Pay Commission.

The vacancies include roles such as Commercial cum Ticket Clerk, Accounts Clerk cum Typist, Junior Clerk cum Typist, and Trains Clerk. Candidates who have passed Class 12 or its equivalent are eligible to apply.

The age limit is set between 18 and 30 years as on January 1, 2026, with relaxations for candidates belonging to reserved categories as per government rules.

Applications will be accepted only through the official RRB website. Candidates need to fill in accurate details, upload documents, and pay the application fee before submission.

General / OBC / EWS: ₹500
SC / ST / PwD / Ex-Servicemen / Female candidates: ₹250

The fee can be paid through debit card, credit card, UPI, or net banking. Applicants should cross-check all entries before final submission to avoid errors.

The selection will be held in multiple stages, including:
