Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court on Monday issued summons to 10 Trinamool Congress (TMC) leaders, including several Members of Parliament, in connection with a protest held outside the Election Commission of India (ECI) headquarters on April 8, 2024, reported ANI.
Those summoned include prominent TMC MPs Derek O'Brien, Mohd. Nadimul Haque, Dola Sen, and Saket Gokhle, along with party leaders Sagarika Ghosh, Vivek Gupta, Arpita Ghosh, Dr. Santanu Sen, Abir Ranjan Bishwas, and Sudip Raha.
According to the news agency, the case is now scheduled for hearing on April 30, 2025, when all the summoned individuals are expected to appear before the court.
