Realty firm Aurika Group will invest Rs 220 crore to strengthen its presence across Uttar Pradesh’s Tier-II cities.
The investment includes a 150-key serviced suites project in Ayodhya (in partnership with Best Western Hotels) and a premium villa community on a 5.50-acre site in Bareilly. The group has received RERA for two projects in Bareilly and one project in Ayodhya.
Collectively, these projects are projected to generate over Rs 350 crore in revenue.
“Our investments align with the aspirations of India’s Tier-II cities. Ayodhya’s spiritual significance and Bareilly’s urban potential represent dual pillars of growth,” said Prasoon Chauhan, founder & CEO, AurikaGroup.
AurikaGroup is actively pursuing Joint Ventures (JV) and Joint Development Agreements (JDA) with landowners and stakeholders across Tier-II markets in North India.
