Navratri is considered a special time for the worship of Goddess Durga. During the nine days of Navratri, devotees worship and offer prayers to various forms of Goddess Durga. If you wish to remove financial poverty from your home, recite the Saptashati of Goddess Durga. Reciting it 108 times alleviates financial distress and brings prosperity. Reciting the Sukta of Goddess Durga is also considered highly auspicious. Reciting both is believed to remove all obstacles.

Vindhyadham's learned Acharya, Pt. Anupam Maharaj stated that the most auspicious recitation of Goddess Durga during Navratri is the Durga Saptashati. "Sarvaabadha-vinirmukto, dhanadhanyasutaanvitah, manushyo matprasaden bhavishyati na sanshayah." With this mantra, you can recite the Durga Saptashati 9 times, 27 times, or 108 times. After this recitation, perform the final offering through a havan. After the havan, feed girls and Brahmins. If you can get her adorned, do so. This would be best. Doing so will not only bring you wealth and prosperity but also happiness, prosperity, and wealth.

You can get Sukta recited.
Acharya Pt. Anupam Maharaj explained that you can also get the Sri Sukta recited at the shrine of Maa Vindhyavasini. Get it recited at least 1600 times, and then perform a havan on the full moon day. This provides relief from debt and eliminates financial crisis. It brings happiness and prosperity in life. Both these recitations are very special during Navratri. If devotees wish to perform these recitations at home, they can do so. Performing the recitation after proper worship will surely bring desired results, and the Goddess will remove all suffering.
