Indore (Madhya Pradesh): The Tax Practitioners’ Association (TPA) celebrated their 68th foundation day on Monday.
The celebration started with service activities, cultural programmes, musical evenings, laughter show and a feast. CA JP Saraf, President of Tax Practitioners Association, informed that the city's oldest tax advisors' organisation TPA Indore was established on July 14, 1958 and its first president was ST Shah and first secretary was BD Molasaria.
TPA Secretary CA Abhay Sharma said that TPA is not just an organisation but a mission committed to the all-round professional development of the members.

The first bar room of the association was built in the old Income Tax building in the year 1968, which was inaugurated by the then Commissioner of Income Tax RD Shah.
The Foundation Day programmes started with service works. TPA presented a multimedia TV at Saraswati Shishu Vidya Mandir in Palda and interacted with the students.
In the evening, cultural programmes, musical evening, laughter show and feast were organised in the Jal Auditorium. On this occasion, first of all, the TPA executive presented a dance performance, a presentation on activities of the executive of TPA for the year 2023-25, in which the activities of this term were displayed.
