Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): Railway Protection Force (RPF) rescued a 12-year-old at Bhopal Railway station, as reported on Friday.
Head constable Rakesh posted at platform number 1 of Bhopal Railway station found the minor boy alone and helpless.
On questioning the boy, he said his name as Nishant Rajput, son Khamanu Pratap Rajput, resident of Arya Nagar, Akbarpur, Uttar Pradesh. The boy added that he was traveling with his uncle and got separated from them in the crowd.
The Railway Protection Force personnel took the child to the RPF post in Bhopal.
Here, Sub-Inspector Sandhya Chaudhary spoke to the child to understand the entire situation. She asked questions and gathered all the important details needed for further action.

Thereafter, the matter was informed to Dhaniram Pawar, member of Child Welfare Committee. As per his instructions, the child was handed over to Nitya Seva Society, Chandbad, Bhopal under Operation Nanhe Farishte after necessary medical tests.
Senior Divisional Commercial Manager Saurabh Kataria said that West Central Railway, Bhopal Division is always alert and committed towards the safety and social responsibilities of passengers.
