Let us tell you that Food Minister Prahlad Joshi started the second phase of retail sale of Bharat Rice and Bharat Atta on Tuesday (6 November). Under this, he had initially sent mobile vans of NCCF, NAFAD, and Central Store filled with 3.69 lakh tonnes of wheat and 2.91 tonnes of rice. He said that the Modi government at the Center is fully committed to providing essential food items to the people of the country at low prices.
Bharat flour and rice have become so expensive.
It is worth noting that the central government has started the second phase of Bharat flour and Bharat rice, but has also increased its price. Actually, in the second phase, Bharat flour will be available at Rs 30 per kg and Bharat rice at Rs 34 per kg. In the first phase, the price of Bharat flour was Rs 27.50 per kg and rice was sold at Rs 30 per kg.
Where will Bharat flour and Bharat rice be available?
Now the question arises how can Bharat flour and Bharat rice be purchased? Actually, both these things can be purchased from Central Stores, NAFED, and NCCF stores, and mobile vans. Apart from this, both these things can also be purchased from e-commerce platforms and large retail chain retailers. It is worth noting that in the first phase, about 15.20 lakh tonnes of Bharat flour and 14.58 lakh tonnes of Bharat rice were sold.
