The shadow of casting couch allegations continues to loom over Bollywood. Now, actress Navina Bole — known for her roles in TV shows and films — has come forward with explosive allegations against controversial director Sajid Khan.
In a candid interview on Subhojit Ghosh's YouTube channel, Navina recounted a horrifying experience from her early days in the industry. She revealed that Sajid Khan made an outrageous demand that left her stunned and humiliated.
'Take Off Your Clothes and Sit in Lingerie'
Navina recalled, "I was very excited when he called me, thinking it was a big opportunity. But then he said, ‘Why don’t you take off your clothes and sit in lingerie? I want to see how comfortable you are with your body.'”
Shocking Encounter from 2004–2006
The Ishqbaaz actress said the incident happened between 2004 and 2006. She added, "Thankfully, someone was waiting for me downstairs. I didn’t know how to react. Sajid told me, ‘If you can wear a bikini on stage, what’s the problem?’ In his language, it all seemed casual. I somehow made an excuse and got out of there."
Navina also revealed that Sajid continued to harass her after the meeting, saying, "He must have called me at least 50 times, asking where I was and why I hadn’t returned."
A Familiar Pattern of Accusations
Sajid Khan has previously faced similar allegations from multiple women during the #MeToo movement, where many actresses detailed inappropriate behavior by the filmmaker.
Navina’s disclosure once again puts a spotlight on the dark realities many aspiring actresses face in the entertainment industry — and on how powerful figures often misuse their position.
