They'll be joined once again by Sarita Choudhury as Seema and Nicole Ari Parker's Lisa, who have also become integral parts of the spin-off universe.
Evan Handler will reprise his role as Charlotte's husband Harry, alongside David Eigenberg as Steve Brady and John Corbett as Aidan.
It has also been disclosed that Kathy, Aidan's ex-wife who was briefly portrayed by Rosemarie DeWitt in season two, will be making a comeback.
Mario Cantone is set to return as Anthony, with Sebastiano Pigazzi being promoted to a series regular as Anthony's boyfriend Giuseppe.
Additionally, producer Joy, played by Dolly Wells, last seen sharing a drink with Miranda in the season two finale, will be returning.
The cast will also welcome some new faces, including The View star Rosie O'Donnell as a character named Mary, and Broadway legend Patti LuPone is also slated to appear.
Other fresh additions include Supergirl's Mehcad Brooks who will encounter Lisa, Desperate Housewives' Jonathan Cake as Carrie's flirtatious neighbour, and OC star Logan Marshall-Green as a potential love interest for Seema.

What to expect from And Just Like That season 3Executive producer King has hinted that the relationship between Carrie and Aidan will remain a "big plot point" in the upcoming series.
"I have no interest in torturing an audience too much," he declared.

"The Carrie-Aidan relationship is dramatic and exciting because it contains two points of view."
He speculated, "I think half the fans who do not want Carrie to be in a relationship will be like, 'Enough!'".
"The other half will understand that when you love somebody, what comes with them is their family."
Carrie's storyline also includes a flirtatious neighbour and her first foray into fiction writing.
Meanwhile, the trailer hints at a potential romance between Miranda and her colleague Joy, while Charlotte navigates her children's romantic entanglements.
Lisa ponders the appropriateness of a "work crush", referring to Mehcad Brooks' character, and Selma re-enters the dating scene, finding it less than thrilling.
And Just Like That season three premieres on Thursday, May 29, on Max in the US and Friday, May 30, at 9pm on Sky Comedy and its streamer NOW.
