Jose Mourinho eyes Liverpool transfer raid as new champions plot squad overhaul

Jose Mourinho is plotting a summer raid on Liverpool having targeted a move for . The Reds have already been confirmed as champions, and with nothing else to play for, they can already get their planning underway for next season.
