Meghan Markle has shared that one very ordinary task in motherhood makes her "very happy". Speaking on the , the 43-year-old revealed that she enjoy packing her two children's lunchboxes for their day ahead at school.
Despite revealing that was home from school as he was sick , shared more about what her typical morning routine looks like. Speaking to Jamie, the mother-of-two said: "Well this morning was different because Archie has a cold, so he's home from school. But I get up at 6:30 and gives me a minute to, I wish I could say, 'I woke up and meditated' - I don't do that. I have the monitors on, so could hear both the kids. They get up at seven. So i give myself a little bit of time to either put on worn-out clothes, brush my teeth, get both of them up."
Meghan added: "I get [Archie and Lilibet] dressed, get them downstairs, make breakfast, and then if I haven't done their lunchboxes the night before, then do that."
Sharing that it is something she enjoys to do for her children, she added: "I love doing lunchboxes. It makes me very happy."
As well as revealing that Archie and Lilibet attend different schools, Meghan also shared that likes to add one sweet extra touch to their lunchboxes - little notes.
She added: "And writing a little note in their lunchboxes. Remember when you were doing your first lunchbox? I told you, little tips there."
During the episode, Jamie surprised with a sweet note - with the help of their dad .
Meghan read the note, which said: "We love your cooking, we love your pancakes and we love love love your hugs. You're the best mummy and we love youuuu."
After reading out the adorable note, Meghan pointed out the "very British" way that her children refer to her. She said: "So sweet, I also love that its 'mummy', which is very British, instead of 'mommy'."
