's and his pro partner Nancy Xu have got a big fight on their hands as they are battling to stay out of the Dance-off for a second week.

The pair narrowly missed out on being sent home as they performed against and Dr Punam Krishnan, who were eventually eliminated by the judges.

But body language expert Darren Stanton thinks the pair are far from being in the clear, as their behaviour towards each other may be their downfall.

Speaking on behalf of Betfair Casino, Darren Stanton said: "With Shayne, I think he'll be in trouble again this week. I think he's reached the pinnacle of his dance abilities. He was saved last week from the bottom two, but I think in terms of the connection with Nancy, it's there, but it's not there as much as it is with some of the stronger couples.

"Shayne is a potential casualty this week. Shayne is flagging now and beginning to struggle, I think we'll definitely see him in the bottom two.

"He has a good rapport with Nancy but there isn't a deep level of reciprocal liking, there's not much eye contact. We're not seeing belief from Shayne, such as when he goes up to get his results, sometimes he flashes fear and sadness as he wants to do more, and be better.

"I think he doesn't truly believe, he hasn't got that fire in his belly, or belief system of someone who can go all the way. It has to do with that personal belief system, that is vital."

This weekend will also see JLS singer JB Gill dance without his partner Amy Dowden, who is taking a break for a week to recover after she collapsed during the live show last weekend.

Amy has wished JB luck as she has been temporarily replaced by fellow pro dancer Lauren Oakley, as she said: "JB it says everything how you've been able to adapt to a new professional, produce such a great number ( so excited for everyone to see) whilst supporting me! I'm so lucky! You're a STAR! I know what tonight means to you! Thank you!"

Strictly airs tonight at 6.30pm on BBC1.
