According to a press release issued Saturday afternoon, the Raleigh Police Department is looking into claims of a gunshot at the Crabtree Valley Mall on Glenwood Avenue in Raleigh. According to the message released at 2:23 p.m., there have been no reports of injuries. About 20 police cars were parked in a line in the mall parking lot close to the Macy's department store at roughly the same time, according to The News & Observer. They were on the right-lane exit leading to Highway 70 and Creedmoor Road.
