Dhanush's D52 To Be Produced By Dwan Pictures And Wunderbar Films

Dhanush, who is currently basking in the success of his film Raayan is all set for his next venture D52, which marks his 52nd film as an actor. It has been announced that the film will be produced by Dhanush's Wunderbar Films, and a new production house Dawn Pictures, owned by Aakash Bhaskaran.

Dhanush to produce and star in D52The official press release shared by Dawan Pictures read "Dawn Pictures is excited to announce our first prestigious project, which marks a significant milestone for the production house. We're committed to producing heartfelt and innovative content that resonates with audiences worldwide. We proudly announce our debut project "D52" starring 'Nadipin Asuran' Dhanush sir. We sincerely thank Dhanush sir for this wonderful opportunity to collaborate with him on this exciting new journey". About D52While other details about the film haven't been announced yet, it is speculated that Dhanush will begin on this project this year.

Last year, it was rumoured that D52 will be directed by H Vinoth. But it looks like his collaboration will take place later. Directed by Sekhar Kammula, Kubera (formerly #DNS) also stars Nagarjuna Akkineni and Rashmika Mandanna.This is Dhanush’s first collaboration with Shekar Kammula, known for Telugu films like Godavari (2006), Happy Days (2007) and Love Story (2021).

Kubera is reported to be a socio-drama and the film is expected to be released simultaneously in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi languages. The music for the film is composed by National Award-winning music director Devi Sri Prasad, while Niketh Bommi is the cinematographer for the upcoming biggie.Social media is also a buzz that Dhanush is in talks with the Russo Brothers to star in the upcoming Avengers Doomsday. Neither Dhanush or the Russo Brothers have made any statements yet. Dhanush has previously worked with the Russo Brothers for The Gray Man and received appreciaton for his performance.
