Lions kill cow in Amreli village

Rajkot: A dramatic wildlife encounter during rainy weather was captured on camera as two lions entered Dholadri village in Jafrabad taluka of Amreli district and hunted a domestic animal, creating panic among residents.

Despite some people trying to scare the lions away and save the animal, the lions managed to corner and successfully hunt their prey.

The intense moment was captured live on CCTV cameras installed in the area and the video has since gone viral on social media.

Amreli is a home to at least 100 lions, which mostly move around in the revenue (non-protected) areas.
