NEW DELHI: IndiGo has announced the appointment of former Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) chief Michael Whitaker as an independent director , indicating the airline’s plans to expand its global presence. This marks Whitaker’s second tenure at InterGlobe Enterprises , the parent company of IndiGo.
