Delhi University’s Vice Chancellor Internship Scheme 2025:: The University of Delhi has begun accepting applications for its 2025 Summer Internship under the Vice Chancellor Internship Scheme (VCIS). Eligible DU students can apply via the official websites — du.ac.in or dsw.du.ac.in. The deadline for application submission is April 30, 2025.

According to the official notification, all regular undergraduate and postgraduate students enrolled in any programme or stream at Delhi University are eligible to apply. However, students in their final year or final semester, as well as those who have previously participated in the VCIS (either summer or part-time), are not eligible.

The Summer Internship 2025 under Delhi University's Vice Chancellor Internship Scheme (VCIS) will span a period of two months, running from June to July 2025. Selected candidates will be expected to commit 20 hours per week throughout the internship. Participants will receive a monthly stipend of ₹11,025 for their contributions. Upon successful completion of the internship, students will be awarded a certificate by the Dean of Students’ Welfare

  • Visit the official website of Delhi University: du.ac.in.
  • Scroll down to find the ‘Latest@DU’ section on the homepage.
  • Click on the link titled ‘Vice Chancellor’s Internship Scheme (VCIS) Summer Internship 2025’.
  • You will be redirected to the application portal; click on the form link to begin.
  • Fill in the application form with all necessary personal, academic, and internship details.
  • Upload all required documents, including a Letter of Recommendation from your Principal or Head of Department (signed and dated on/after April 15, 2025).
  • Submit the completed application form through the portal.
  • Download and save the confirmation page for future reference and interview purposes.
