Kurt Angle ’s WWE tenure has been illustrious as the Hall of Famer left his legacy in the company as one of the top superstars. Now, the 55-year-old has shown his keen interest in returning to WWE in a managerial role backing Chad Gable ’s American Made stable. The news of Angle’s return to WWE came amid American Made’s feud with The Wyatt Sicks led by Bo Dallas.

During a virtual signing for K&S Wrestlefest, Angle shared that he is willing to make a comeback, not for in-ring work but in a management position for American Made. The Olympic gold medalist further stressed his condition sharing that money and the spot must be up to his liking while acknowledging the idea of managing Chad Gable’s stable "a great one."
Angle also revealed that he is willing to take a few bumps along the road but he ruled out the idea of having full matches after his potential return. “If the money was right (I would come back to manage a faction)… The spot (matters too), yeah, definitely,” Kurt Angle said.
“I think Chad (Gable) and his gang that he has right now, that would be a great idea. I wouldn’t mind doing a spot here and there. But, if you’re gonna ask me to do a wrestling match, it’s just not gonna happen. Yeah, I could take some bumps,” he added. [H/T: POST Wrestling]
Previously, in a July episode of the Kurt Angle Show, the celebrated superstar shared that WWE once considered bringing him on board to manage Matt Riddle. However, the negotiation did not meet his expectations in financial terms. "They didn’t offer me the right amount of money," Angle said. Still, Angle was very excited about his potential chemistry with Riddle, but unfortunately, the offer was "kind of a kick to the nuts."
As for Gable, he is doing a wonderful job with his team and it is unlikely for WWE to book Angle to add to the team immediately. Led by Gable, the villainous WWE stable consists of other members including Brutus Creed, Julius Creed, and Ivy Nile.
