BENGALURU: Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge has again raised doubts about the integrity of electronic voting machines ( EVMs ), drawing attention to remarks made by business magnate Elon Musk that suggest the devices could be compromised.
During an event to pay tribute to former PM Indira Gandhi and Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel in Bengaluru on Thursday, the Congress chief said, “(Narendra) Modi hasn’t won any election. He gets 10,000 names removed from the voter list or gets 10,000-20,000 new names added. This is the truth, but the question is how to prove it.”
He also countered PM Modi’s ‘ One nation, one election ’ advocacy, saying it is “impossible” without broad consensus in Parliament.
