Sean Diddy's former aide who worked for him from 2007 to 2009 revealed a bizarre fetish of his ex-boss in the court. As it has something to do with a former president, the court asked David James, the ex-aide, to clarify which former president it is. "President Obama," James said.
James spoke about Diddy's daily drug dosage and dependence on various pills. James told the court that Combs carried 25 to 30 pill bottles in his toiletry bag during hotel stays -- including pills for weight loss, sperm count etc.
“There were various pills, but one was in the form of a former president’s face,” James told prosecutor Christy Slavik.
“Which former president?” Slavik asked.
“President Obama,” James replied.
James said he used to book hotel rooms for Diddy under the alias "Frank Black" and did his errands. He also had the job of bringing apple sauce, Jello and Fiji water for Diddy.
The testimony of Combs’ ex-assistant David James on Tuesday comes after that of his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura, during which she claimed Combs beat her regularly and often in front of others, used coercive control to gain her continuous participation in his orchestrated sex party “freak-offs,” and blackmailed her with the footage. Ventura’s ex-best friend Kerry Morgan as well as former Diddy protégé Dawn Richard each took the stand and corroborated several instances where they witnessed Combs hitting Ventura.
James said he did not see any violence between Combs and Ventura, but Diddy used to take numerous pills every day.
In 2004, Diddy interviewed Obama when he was a senator for Illinois. Obama at that time praised Combs as a “motivating force for young people".
"Your music moves people. You’re a trendsetter. But part of what we’re trying to do is to make sure we’re setting a trend in terms of political participation," Obama said. Diddy endorsed Obama in the 2008 and 2012 campaigns.
“If God said I could pick one person to be my father, I’d want to be Sean Combs Obama. That’s how dope [Obama] is. I hope he reads this interview and adopts me," Diddy said after Obama became the president in 2008.
